There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Denver real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

  • Bob Winkler brings a wide range of experiences to the Real Estate profession. As a Counseling and Education major in Graduate School at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and eventually a college administrator in studentaffairs, he learned to listen to students, clients and customers. There is an old saying that Bob often reminds himself of ... I never learned anything while I was talking.

    As a small business owner and retail merchant in the food and wineindustry, Bob learned the true meaning of service. Owning your own business is a humbling experience and one quickly learns that you are there to serve your customer or client. Bob always remembers that the client is the employer and he is the employee.

    Having spent almost a decade in the real estate business, Bob has learned that educating his clients on the real estate process and having continual contact with his clients is the best formula for making a positive and successful experience inthe buying and selling of real estate. These experiences have helped Bob become and competent and compassionate real estate agent. The most common words expressed in letters or recommendations or letters of gratitude to Bob are patience,professional and ethical. In the real estate process, Bob is always there to listen, serve and educate his clients.

    Bob has been married to his wife, Jan, for 30 years and has a grown step-daughter, Amy, and college age son, Max.
